SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

DAMAGED PARTS AND SHORTAGES

Parts that are damaged during shipment are the responsibility of the carrier. All carriers inspect packages at the point of pick up. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify damage upon receipt. If your package is delivered damaged, have the person delivering note the damage, especially on truck freight shipments. Contact our customer service at (714) 850-1500 for information on how to contact the carrier. Shortages must be brought to our attention within 7 days of your receiving the order.
 
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We try to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible. If you are not 100% satisfied with any product you have purchased from us, with the exception of excluded products and services noted below, you may return or exchange it within 90 days as long as the item is in an unused and re-salable condition. We reserve the right of final determination of the item’s acceptance. For returns over $500.00, a 20% restocking fee applies. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Any returns sent COD will be refused. All returns, regardless of type, must:
  • Come in their original packaging
  • Be in a new/unused/unaltered condition
  • Be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice
  • Have a Return Authorization Number
 
To return or exchange a part, call (714) 850-1500 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Our goal is to make your return as quick and easy as possible. This number is necessary to provide you with the best possible service. Clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package under the ship to address. Sending a package without a Return Authorization Number will result in a delay in processing. Please note that we are not responsible from loss or damage from shipping.  As such, we strongly recommend you insure your return for its proper value to protect yourself against loss or damage.
 
EXCLUSIONS
Literature, electronic media, restoration supplies and electrical/electronic items are non-returnable.  Items that have been installed, altered or otherwise show signs that would make the item non-saleable as new are non-returnable. We reserve the right of final determination of an item's salability.
  
SHIPPING FEES
We work hard to keep shipping charges both simple & cost effective.  Standard shipping is ground via the carrier of the Company's choice. Rates for eligible items are determined from the following schedule:

We reserve the right to change rates, schedule & shipping mode at our discretion & without notice.  Rate schedule is only for eligible items.  Ineligible items are those that are oversize, overweight or require special handling (e.g. glass).  For oversize items, we will contact the customer with the total amount of the order, including oversize shipping charges, for confirmation before we process the order.
