Company Policies and Order Information
WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS
Many parts sold by Mustangs & Fast Fords OC (the “Company”) carry a manufactures warranty, which are passed on to the buyer. All parts sold by Company carry a 30 day warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. Mustangs & Fast Fords OC's liability on any and all products is limited to the replacement of defective parts only. Labor or any other monetary expense regarding any part sold is the responsibility of the customer. Company makes no other warranties whether written, oral, implied, or statutory, including without limitation, any warranty of merchantability oR fitness for any purpose.
company shall not be responsible or liable for special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, whether or not the possibility of such damages has been disclosed to company or could have been reasonably foreseen by company. company’s sole and entire liability for any claim, loss or liability arising out of, or connected with, this Agreement or the sale, delivery, or use of any parts, products, material or services furnished hereunder, and whether based upon breach of contract, warranty, negligence, or otherwise, shall in no event exceed the amounts paid to company by you with respect to such parts, products, material or services or portion thereof forming the basis for such claim, loss or liability.
DAMAGED PARTS AND SHORTAGES
Parts that are damaged during shipment are the responsibility of the carrier. All carriers inspect packages at the point of pick up. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify damage upon receipt. If your package is delivered damaged, have the person delivering note the damage, especially on truck freight shipments. Contact Company customer service at (714) 850-1500 for information on how to contact the carrier. Shortages must be brought to our attention within 7 days of your receiving the order.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
At our Company we try to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible. If you are not 100% satisfied with any product you have purchased from Company with the exception of excluded products and services noted below, you may return or exchange it within 90 days as long as the item is in an unused and resalable condition. Company reserves the right of final determination of the item’s acceptance. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Any returns sent C.O.D. will be refused. All returns, regardless of type, must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice & have a Return Authorization Number.
To Return or Exchange a Part. Call (714) 850-1500 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Our goal is to make your return as quick and easy as possible. This number is necessary to provide you with the best possible service. Clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package near your return address. Sending a package without a Return Authorization Number will result in a delay in processing. Company strongly recommends you insure your return for its proper value to protect yourself against loss or damage.
EXCLUDED PRODUCTS & SERVICES
The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange: electrical parts of any kind, magazines, shop manuals, books and literature, used parts of any kind, any new parts which have been installed or attempted to be installed, any parts not in their original packaging. Fiberglass and sheet metal that has been altered in any way may not be returned. Be sure to check the part over thoroughly for shipping damage, workmanship and fit before altering it in anyway. Shipping charges are not refundable. Company strongly recommends you insure your return for its proper value to protect yourself against loss or damage.
BACKORDERS
Company will do our best to notify you of any parts we are temporarily out of stock at the time you place your order. Backordered items will be noted on your invoice and will be shipped out as soon as we receive them in stock. You will not be charged for backorders until the item(s) ship. Please make sure both your daytime and nighttime telephone numbers, and an email address (if available) accompany all mailed in requests and orders.
